Rounds is an ordering platform that connects you with the selected stores that we work with (“Partner Stores”), where the App allows stores to sell products and allows you to buy them.
We may collect certain personal information, including but not limited to:
(a) Name and date of birth.
(B) Mobile number.
(c) Nationality and gender.
(d) Email address and delivery address data.
(e) The current location.
(f) transaction information related to your activities using the Application.
(g) Information that comes to our knowledge about Users through their use of the Application, including but not limited to your use of an Internet Protocol address (which is a number assigned to a computer server or your Internet service provider) in order to analyze user trends and improve application management and information about Your computer, browsing information, access times to the Application and the Products you view on it.
(i) Other information related to the provision of services through the Application.
We collect this information (including Personal Data) when a User shares it with us. or received by us when using the application, including information related to the transactions you make through the application. We may also ask you to confirm your information or identity by providing us with valid proof of identity (for example, asking you to provide us with a copy of your passport, visa or residence permit and/or proof of identity or other documents).
What do we do with your information?
As a primary purpose, we will use the information you provide to help us deliver your orders through partner stores, and also for the following purposes:
(a) Store internal records.
(b) Improve our products and services.
(c) Customer support.
(d) Provide suggestions for preferences, ratings, relevant feedback and other information relating to the products you purchase.
(e) To prevent irregular activities and for the purpose of investigating fraud.
(f) Calculating fees and troubleshooting errors.
(g) Understand and improve the operation of the Application.
In general, we will not disclose this information to a third party except in the cases mentioned in Clause (3) below.

The information you provide to us is transferred to and stored on our servers. We will ensure that each partner store adheres to the confidentiality of information obligations that provide for the confidentiality of the handling of your personal data.

If you choose any password that allows you to access certain parts of the Application, you will be responsible for keeping that password confidential. You are obligated not to share your password with anyone.

While we will take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to the Application, and you will be responsible for any risks arising from the transmission of data. When we receive your information, we will follow strict procedures and security features to block attempts to gain unauthorized access to your information.
Access to Your Data
You can access your personal data from your Rounds profile at any time, and if there is an error with your personal information, you must correct it immediately and you can contact the customer support team for assistance.
We also inform you that we may retain your private information while you are using the Platform or if your account is cancelled.
