This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) relates to your use of the Rounds App (“Rounds”, and/or “Application”) which is made available to a user of the Application (“User”, or/and “You”) who It is operated by Ghayam Trading Company, a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and existing under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“we”).
We take your privacy seriously and want you to feel reassured when you use the application, or provide us with your private information and we will work to deal with this data in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are committed to dealing with information according to regular practices and we have defined in this policy the way we deal with your information we collect through the app.
By accessing and using the Application and providing us with your information, you consent to our use of your information in accordance with the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and if you do not agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, you must stop using or accessing the Application.
What do we collect and how do we collect it?
Rounds is an ordering platform that connects you with the selected stores that we work with (“Partner Stores”), where the App allows stores to sell products and allows you to buy them.
We may collect certain personal information, including but not limited to:
(a) Name and date of birth.
(B) Mobile number.
(c) Nationality and gender.
(d) Email address and delivery address data.
(e) The current location.
(f) transaction information related to your activities using the Application.
(g) Information that comes to our knowledge about Users through their use of the Application, including but not limited to your use of an Internet Protocol address (which is a number assigned to a computer server or your Internet service provider) in order to analyze user trends and improve application management and information about Your computer, browsing information, access times to the Application and the Products you view on it.
(h) Information collected through site analytics, including but not limited to Google Analytics and cookies (please see below on “How we use cookies”).
(i) Other information related to the provision of services through the Application.
We collect this information (including Personal Data) when a User shares it with us. or received by us when using the application, including information related to the transactions you make through the application. We may also ask you to confirm your information or identity by providing us with valid proof of identity (for example, asking you to provide us with a copy of your passport, visa or residence permit and/or proof of identity or other documents).
What do we do with your information?
As a primary purpose, we will use the information you provide to help us deliver your orders through partner stores, and also for the following purposes:
(a) Store internal records.
(b) Improve our products and services.
(c) Customer support.
(d) Provide suggestions for preferences, ratings, relevant feedback and other information relating to the products you purchase.
(e) To prevent irregular activities and for the purpose of investigating fraud.
(f) Calculating fees and troubleshooting errors.
(g) Understand and improve the operation of the Application.
In general, we will not disclose this information to a third party except in the cases mentioned in Clause (3) below.

The information you provide to us is transferred to and stored on our servers. We will ensure that each partner store adheres to the confidentiality of information obligations that provide for the confidentiality of the handling of your personal data.
Third parties process information such as credit card payments and provide support services associated with payments you make to us. In addition, we may have to provide your information to any store to which you have sent your order. By providing your personal data, you consent to the transfer, storage or processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy and consent to our sharing of your information that you provide to us or that we collect from you to any Rounds entity or to third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will not rent or sell any of your personal information to third parties, and will only share your personal data with your express permission. and based on your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Application or in connection with your use of the Application.

We take measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, from unauthorized processing, and from accidental loss, damage and destruction, and we will keep your information for a reasonable period or as required by applicable law.
If you choose any password that allows you to access certain parts of the Application, you will be responsible for keeping that password confidential. You are obligated not to share your password with anyone.

Access to Your Data
You can access your personal data from your Rounds profile at any time, and if there is an error with your personal information, you must correct it immediately and you can contact the customer support team for assistance.
We also inform you that we may retain your private information while you are using the Platform or if your account is cancelled.

Any changes and/or modifications we make to this Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on the Application, and will be notified to you where appropriate, and we recommend that you refer to this page regularly to view the most current version of the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Application, you are deemed to agree to this Privacy Policy.
